Elener Farland is a local investor in Chicago and local Suburban area, after her first investment property, she knew Real Estate would be her next platform.  As a daycare owner for over 15yrs She experienced many families who simply wanted better living arrangements. She began to share her personal experiences with her childcare families and gave them tips on preparing for their future home. To see the excitement on their faces when they received approval letters for their home loan was priceless and just like that her career as a realtor was set into motion.
